Trev's Beard Butter was first made as just that: for Trev! I never liked having a beard because in between shaving, I'd get razor bumps and it just was far more irritating than I thought it was worth to keep growing it out. So, after trying out a couple products, I figured I'd create my own so I could tailor it to my specific needs: reducing the irritation that came with shaving while simultaneously moisturizing both beard and skin. After researching hair and skin care, I developed the formula and the first batch of Trev's Beard Butter was created.
The result: reduced irritation and a drastic reduction in resultant razor bumps. I also noticed how much softer my beard was after only a few days of use. Because it was easier to tolerate the new growth, that stubble turned into a thick, full beard. I made a few minor adjustments to the recipe and realized it was too good not to share with the rest of the world. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
